GEORGE WASHINGTON’S SOCKS by Elvira Woodruff
Dear Elvira,
Our class thoroughly enjoyed your time travel adventure with the history club, the mysterious boat, and the adventures of George Washington and men crossing the Delaware River. We wish you would consider writing some sequels to this book. Here are a few of our suggestions for other possible settings or events for the history club to enjoy.

"The Underdogs, by Mike Lupica, is about a town who used to be the best at football, but when factories shut down and people left town, Will Tyler's football team was being shut down because of no money. Will did not give up, but managed to get a sponsor so his team could play football. Do you think they will win the championship? Read to find out."
Classroom Surveys
Students surveyed their classmates about favorites. After computing the percentages, they made circle graphs to display the results.
McDonald’s and Skating Outing
Students used their hard earned economy money to purchase tickets for an end-of-the-year skating trip. All the hard work paid off!
Team Building
It was off to Culver Military Academy for a day of Team Building!
