What a fieldtrip! Our fifth grade class enjoyed a wonderful day at Amish Acres. It began with a live performance of A CHRISTMAS CAROL by Charles Dickens, and was followed by a delicious Amish meal of:
fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, homemade bread with apple butter, cookies, and lemonade.

The play A Christmas Carol was a REALLY good play. I wish we could rewind to the time that we went to Amish Acres and saw the play, and now I’m reading the book. All the proformers are REALLY talented and made a REALLY good preformance. Oh, yes we didn’t just see the play, we had awesome food!!! SO YUMMY!!! I wish we could do it again. I think the play A Christmas Carol had something for every kid to enjoy!!

I loved the play! It was awesome! this is one of the best ones I have seen;and trust me I’ve seen a lot! The food was great too! It was another Thanksgiving Dinner!I had a lot of fun!
