The fifth grade hall and classrooms were buzzing as students from K-5 used their hard earned economy bucks to purchase handmade treasures made by our fifth graders.  So much to choose from:  jewelry, decorative magnets, rocks, & pens, tie-dyed pillow cases, stilts, book marks, and more, as well as a variety of baked goodies.Valuable lessons were learned:  supply and demand,  bargain shopping, price setting, marketing skills, banking, etc.
